Know the moment a monday automation silently fails.

monday automations stop working without telling anyone: a permission changes, an integration token expires, a credit cap is hit. Automation Monitor gives each critical automation a dead-man's switch and alerts the right person as soon as an expected run doesn't happen.

How it works

  1. Heartbeats. Add one step, log heartbeat to Monitor, to any automation you care about.
  2. Expectations. Tell the Monitor how often that automation should run: every N hours, or on a business schedule.
  3. Alerts. If a heartbeat is late, you get an alert through monday notifications, email or Slack. When it runs again, you get a recovery alert.
  4. Assertions (Scale plan). Scheduled checks on the board itself, such as "no item stuck in Pending for more than 4 hours".
