Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Automation Monitor app for monday.com ("the app"), operated by Fawaz Qamar, trading as Automation Monitor ("we"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. The service

The app monitors automations you configure and sends alerts when expected runs or board states don't happen. It's a detection aid. It doesn't fix automations, and it can't detect failures in automations you haven't connected to it.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans are bought and billed through the monday.com marketplace on monday's terms, including any trial, renewal and cancellation. Plan limits are described in the app and on the marketplace listing. If you downgrade, monitors over the new limit are paused, and history beyond the new retention period is deleted.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, interfere with monday.com or other users, reverse-engineer the service, or overload it on purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you uninstall, we delete it within 7 days.

5. Availability and no warranty

We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it's provided "as is", and we don't guarantee that every failure will be detected or every alert delivered. Alerts depend on monday.com, email and Slack. Don't rely on the app as the only safeguard for critical processes.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll tell account admins before they take effect. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
